Registration will be open through October 21 at 5 pm CST. (Please note that T-shirts are not guaranteed after October 14th) Category and distance changes may be made through BikeReg during this time. After October 14, any requests to change categories or distances must be made through our contact form. Requests are limited to: moving from any category into the open division; transfers from 100 mi to 100 km.

As a general rule, refunds are not permitted. In exceptional circumstances, entries may be transferred to the following year.

T-shirts sizes are not guaranteed for anyone registering after October 11.
